Bear Family from California

Hello! We are the Bear Family.

Mama Bear (44), Papa Bear (46) and Baby Bear (9) have been voyaging as a family since 2021.
A 5 month trip through Europe lit our passion for long travel.

While working remote jobs, we spent 2 summer months in Bali, 6 winter weeks in Brazil, and 2 summer months in Japan.

We are foodies who love snorkeling, petting animals and playing improv.

How do I work with my home Timezone?

We design our program to work with PST (California), EST (NY), and CET (London), 9am - 5pm working hours.

  • Family fun Activities will not overlap with work hours.

  • Travel transitions will not interfere with weekday meetings.

It takes some adjustments, but time zone-shifted work can be amazing for travel, allowing you to enjoy sunlight hours locally while still progressing in your career.  For those working asynchronously, time-shifting may be minimal.
